oh my. all those books. I'd be interested to know what has inspired you most to go back to school. I got accepted into nursing school years ago but plans changed and it didn't happen. Now I'm a mom of 2 kids (and one on the way) and am amazed (and inspired) that you are making time for it.

BTW, found your darling blog via cjane. been reading ever since.

Oh my! Looking at all of those books makes me want to throw up a little.
Of all of those books, I kept about 3 after school.
Good luck to ya and don't throw your back out carrying those around.

Eek, that is a little scary, but you can totally do it! I didn't know that nurses had such a variety of knowledge.

Oh man, how much did they all cost! I don't see the lovely yellow USED sticker on them, so I'm guessing you had to shell out at least 4 bills for those bad boys. Be sure to sell them back at the end of the semester so you can get a measly 20 bucks back.
and good luck this week!

Yep, I shelled out 1300 big boys. All new editions this year so none are used. I think i was actually clenching my jaw at the cash register.

Luckily these are all my books for the whole program. 2 years worth.

Becky, i an planning a post from your comment. thanks.

oh man, I am a little envious of you- knowing something you want to do and going for it! I'm still trying to figure out if I should be going back to school, I just can't decide what I'd study. Good luck to you, I'm excited for all you'll be learning and doing!

I am glad those are two years worth of books. I couldn't imagine all the reading you'd have to do if they were only for a semester!!

Good Luck!

Wowzer. I think about going back for my masters at least twice a month. However, I forget this part of school. Yikes.

Yikes! I'm remember those days when Aaron had all those medical books. Some of them are still friendly basement dust-gatherers. You will do well, as you always do! Good luck!
